Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange policy covers the following item(s):

  • Items with manufacture defects
  • Items within in-house warranty period (as stated in product description)

Exchanges will be subjected to the following conditions:

  • Original packaging
  • Original condition
  • Warranty sticker intact (if applicable)
  • Return request logged within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item, (or within the warranty period stated on product description).
  • Items reach us within 7 calendar days (after receiving confirmation on return eligibility from our team)
  • Exchange to identical item only (non-renewable 6-months credits will be given if stocks are sold-out or obsolete)

Please email us within 7 days (orders@peekabox.com.sg) the following information:

  • Username
  • Order ID
  • Product that you would like to exchange
  • Brief description of fault
  • Preferred mode of collection for successful request (mail or outlet)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request, as well as stock availability. Please allow 3 working days.

Mail Replacement:

If you would like us to mail you a replacement, you may return at any of our outlets or via mail. We do not cover for postage/courier return fees, and are not responsible for any lost parcel. We strongly encourage you to mail your parcel via a method that allows tracking. 

Self-Collect Replacement

If you would like to collect your replacement at any of our outlets, or need any assistance with a team member, kindly wait for confirmation of stock availability before heading down to prevent wasted trips.

Returns & Exchanges

We will not be able do any return or exchange for the following items:

  • Non-defective products
  • Defective products not logged within 7 calendar days from receipt of item
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees 
  • Hygiene products 
  • Sale items

Refunds

All our products are strictly non-refundable.
